EPC Project Lifecycle
This initial phase lays the technical and regulatory foundation for the entire project. It includes comprehensive feasibility studies, Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), development of detailed engineering and “Issued for Construction” drawings, as well as coordination of all permitting, licensing, and regulatory approvals. Accuracy at this stage is critical — it minimizes downstream changes, cost escalations, and delays.
During procurement, we identify and qualify global vendors, manage tendering and contracting, and ensure the purchase and timely delivery of all materials, equipment, and components. This stage also includes logistics coordination, transportation management, and customs clearance. All procured items undergo Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and quality inspections to ensure compliance before reaching the site.
This is where the physical realization of the project occurs. Our team manages the full site execution, including civil works, mechanical installation, electrical systems, and instrumentation. Strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols are enforced throughout, along with rigorous Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) processes to ensure construction meets design specifications and regulatory requirements. Schedule discipline is maintained through daily monitoring and reporting.
