The air-cooled screw-type (heat pump) unit is a central air conditioning product developed and designed by our company for places such as hotels, hospitals, theaters, stadiums, entertainment centers, commercial buildings, office buildings, and industrial and mining enterprises. It can be installed on rooftops or in outdoor courtyards, without the need for a dedicated machine room or cooling tower.
The broken bridge thermal insulation housing effectively isolates the internal and external environments of the unit, firmly locking in internal heat or cold and improving energy efficiency. Attention to detail ensures that even when opening maintenance doors, sealing and insulation are maintained. An inverted M-type heat exchanger is used, with hydrophilic aluminum foil fins that effectively enhance airflow and heat conduction performance. The patented water tray design ensures that condensate does not accumulate inside the tray. The unit features staged control, effectively reducing fan power consumption during transitional seasons.

• The water-side heat exchanger is equipped with water pipes and a flow switch, allowing the unit to operate immediately upon startup.
• The unit comes with a built-in control cabinet, eliminating the need for separate installation and enabling quick on-site connection.
All compressors use well-known brand compressors and undergo complete performance testing before installation.
• Innovative electronic expansion valve control effectively solves issues such as liquid carryover, oil discharge, and system vibration during defrosting, ensuring stable unit operation.
• Modular production and installation, with long-term simulation and testing under various variable and extreme conditions, result in overall performance optimization of the unit.

Heating nominal conditions: water flow rate of 0.172 m³/(h·kW), outlet water temperature 45°C, ambient temperature: dry bulb 7°C, wet bulb 6°C

(3) It is recommended to use PVC insulated power cables (copper core) rated for 40°C, and all connected cables must be of the same wire gauge and produced by the same manufacturer.
