ELCO-HEREM is the ideal equipment for producing creams, lotions, ointments, gels, toothpaste, and food sauces.
The core of the ELCO-HEREM emulsification system is a stator-rotor homogenizer installed at the bottom of the tank. This structure ensures that all materials inside the tank can pass through the homogenizer at least twice before discharge, since materials are drawn in by the running homogenizer and discharged through the homogenizer’s pumping capacity. The homogenizer’s pumping ability also provides power for CIP cleaning.
To meet different customer needs, ELCO-HEREM is available in two versions: H and V. The H version features a horizontally installed homogenizer, which improves powder feeding efficiency and reduces the overall height of the machine. The V version features a vertically installed homogenizer, offering higher cleanliness and making it suitable for applications with strict hygiene requirements.

The CE-LR series high-shear homogenizer is developed by our company based on the theory of emulsion stability. This equipment uses the mechanical energy provided by a high-speed rotating stator-rotor system to mix one phase into another. Through the deformation and breakup of coarse droplets, the large droplets are rapidly broken down into fine droplets ranging from 120 nm to 5 μm, ultimately achieving a uniform emulsification process.
